Reading difficulty: the typical 10th grade text-complexity band is 1050–1335L (Common Core Appendix A). Of the 56 titles here with a Lexile score, 17 are grade-level, 38 are more accessible (often chosen for theme over reading challenge), and 1 is a stretch text.
