About this book
Rowan Roth and Neil McNair have spent four years of high school competing for every grade, prize and title. On the last day of senior year, with Neil named valedictorian, the two rivals team up for Howl, a city-wide scavenger hunt across Seattle, to keep the rest of their class from winning. Over one long day and night the competition turns into something neither expected. (On the Oregon Battle of the Books 2023-2024 list for grades 9-12; co-winner of the 2023 Rhode Island Teen Book Award.)
